Dispatch & turnaround times

• Ready-made stock items — dispatched within 1–2 working days of a confirmed order.
• Custom-printed orders — typically 7–10 working days after final artwork approval and advance payment.
• Large or complex custom runs — around 12–15 working days.
• Samples — 3–5 working days.
• Rush orders — available on request for an additional charge.

Once dispatched, parcels are usually delivered within 2–4 working days depending on your city. These are estimates and can be affected by public, bank and local holidays.

Delivery charges

Shipping is charged per order and depends on the size, weight and destination of your parcel — this is shown at checkout, or included in your custom quote. Larger and heavier packaging orders carry a higher courier cost; smaller parcels cost less.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.
• For bulk and wholesale orders, delivery is quoted with your pricing — message us for a quote.

Couriers & coverage

We deliver to all major cities of Pakistan — including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and beyond — through trusted courier partners such as TCS, Leopards and M&P, with tracking on every shipment.

Orders are delivered to the main entrance of the delivery address. Please share any special delivery instructions (hard-to-find address, alternate contact, etc.) at checkout so we can get it to you smoothly.

Packaging & protection

Your items are packed in amply-sized cartons and protected for transit, so they arrive in perfect condition. If anything does arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll arrange a free replacement — see our Returns & Refunds policy.
